Slaughterhouse Wastewater Treatment Equipment
Description
Specially designed for wastewater with high COD, high ammonia nitrogen, high grease and high SS. It adopts a combined process of Bar Screen + Oil Separation & Dissolved Air Flotation + Hydrolytic Acidification + A²/O + Advanced Sedimentation & Disinfection.
Core Performance
Oil removal rate of pretreatment unit ≥ 90%; COD removal rate of biochemical section ≥ 90%; ammonia nitrogen removal rate ≥ 95%; total phosphorus removal rate ≥ 85%. The effluent meets the standard for meat processing industry specified in GB 13457.
Key Parameters
Treatment capacity: 5–300 m³/h; Reflux ratio of dissolved air flotation: 25–35%; Retention time of hydrolytic acidification: 4–8 h; Aerobic retention time: 8–12 h; Pathogen inactivation rate in disinfection process ≥ 99.9%.
Materials & Structure
Main body: 304/316L stainless steel (prioritized) for superior anti-corrosion and anti-clogging performance. Pipelines are fitted with oil-resistant rubber joints. Integrated with slag scraping, backwashing and self-cleaning structures.
Application Scope
Applied to pig, cattle, sheep and poultry slaughterhouses as well as meat processing plants. Inlet water indicators: COD 3000–8000 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen 200–500 mg/L, grease 100–300 mg/L. Adaptable to fluctuating water quantity and quality, compatible with continuous and intermittent production modes.
