The center is divided into four key departments: the Information Communication Center, Customer Satisfaction Improvement Center, Equipment Failure Analysis Center, and Product Marketing Promotion Center. Here, we offer one-stop professional services including product introductions, pricing consultations, technical support, complaint handling, maintenance and spare parts inquiries, and sales assistance.
After-Sales Service
We provide high quality machines and genuine low price after-sales service.
- Any part that proves that the process material is defective will be provided free of charge for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is void if the device is misused or negligent. Labor or other related fees are not included.
- We provide free installation, commissioning and training for our customers.
- Before shipment, a thorough and rigorous inspection must be carried out to ensure that each component is in good condition.
- Carefully pack all the machines according to the different loading methods.
- Cooperate with professional shipping companies to ensure transportation time
