Zeolite adsorption concentration rotor device

Description

The zeolite rotor adsorption and concentration device adopts three continuous procedures of adsorption-desorption-concentration and incineration, and is mainly used for the treatment of organic waste gas; it is particularly suitable for large air volume and low concentration occasions. The adsorption device uses ceramic fiber as the base material and is made into a honeycomb-shaped large disc wheel system. The surface of the wheel is coated with hydrophobic zeolite as an adsorbent. The zeolite rotor adsorption and concentration device is mainly composed of an exhaust gas pretreatment system, a molecular sieve rotor concentration adsorption system, a desorption system, a cooling and drying system, and an automatic control system. There is generally a post-treatment system after the rotor, and the treatment process is zeolite rotor + CO, zeolite rotor + RCO, zeolite rotor + RTO.

Performance characteristics
(1) The rotor has a high concentration ratio of up to 20:1, which converts the original high air volume and low concentration VOCS exhaust gas into low air volume and high concentration exhaust gas;
(2) The rotor has a long service life and does not require regular replacement of adsorption materials;
(3) The system is automatically controlled, with a high degree of automation, single-button start, simple operation, and can be used with a human-machine interface to monitor important operating data;
(4) The operation is simple, the operation is safe and reliable, and the overall system adopts a modular design with minimal space requirements and provides a continuous and unmanned control mode;
(5) Natural zeolite has excellent performance in adsorbing and concentrating aromatic exhaust gases;
(6) It can handle exhaust gases with high relative humidity;
(7) The pressure drop generated by the zeolite rotor adsorbing VOCS is extremely low, which can greatly reduce power consumption and lower operating costs.
Scope of application
Zeolite rotors are mainly suitable for low-concentration exhaust gas treatment, usually with a concentration of less than 1500mg/m³. However, zeolite wheels may not be suitable for certain specific components, including difficult-to-adsorb substances such as methanol, cyclohexane, formaldehyde and other low-boiling substances; difficult-to-desorb substances such as oil mist, tar, DEP, DOP and other plasticizers, pine alcohol, and polymeric substances such as isocyanamide, monomer vinyl chloride, and acrylonitrile; and substances that may inactivate zeolites such as acids, bases, amphoteric substances, coatings, etc. When selecting a zeolite wheel, these inappropriate components need to be considered to ensure that it can effectively treat the target VOCs exhaust gas.
