COD removal rate ≥ 90%, heavy metal removal rate ≥ 99%, salt rejection rate ≥ 98%. Advanced treatment modules support reclaimed water reuse and near-zero discharge.

Key Parameters

Treatment capacity: 0.5–3000 m³/d. Optional processes: A/O, MBR, Fenton reaction, ozone catalytic oxidation, UF+RO, evaporation and crystallization. Applicable pH range: 2–12. Resistant to impact from high salinity, high toxicity and high chromaticity wastewater.

Material Selection

Matched according to water quality: 304/316L stainless steel, PP/PE, FRP, carbon steel with rubber lining or epoxy anti-corrosion coating. For severely corrosive working conditions, 316L stainless steel, titanium material or PTFE lining are adopted.

Application Scope

Handles various industrial wastewater featuring high concentration, refractory organics, acid-alkali content, heavy metals and organic solvents. Complies with local and special emission limits for relevant industries.
