Description

Main processes: Zeolite rotor concentration + RTO/RCO, regenerative thermal oxidation and condensation recovery. VOC removal rate reaches 95–99%. Capable of treating high-concentration organic waste gas above 5000 mg/m³, with high thermal efficiency, stable operation and no secondary pollution.

Key Parameters

Air handling capacity: 5000–100000 m³/h; RTO furnace temperature: 760–850 ℃; Gas residence time ≥ 1 s; Concentration ratio of zeolite rotor: 5–20 times. Equipped with explosion-proof devices, flame arresters, waste heat recovery system and PLC intelligent control system.

Materials

Furnace body: High-temperature resistant stainless steel with thermal insulation layer; Rotor: Hydrophobic zeolite; Pipelines: 304/316L stainless steel. High temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high operational safety.

Application Scope

Applied to chemical, pharmaceutical, coating, printing, rubber & plastic and chemical fiber industries for high-concentration, large-air-volume and refractory VOC waste gas. Supports self-sustaining combustion for energy saving and waste heat recycling, satisfying stringent environmental protection and safety requirements.
