Description
Three-bed RTO equipment (three-bed regenerative thermal oxidation furnace) is an efficient treatment equipment for organic waste gas, which is widely used in various industrial fields.
Application fields
Three-bed RTO equipment is widely used in building materials, decoration, home appliances, packaging, printing, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, agricultural and sideline products (such as grain, fruits, feed), rubber and plastic, leather, tape, printing and dyeing, automobile manufacturing and other industries.
Working principle
Three-bed RTO equipment alternately stores and releases heat through three regenerative chambers to achieve efficient treatment of organic waste gas. The specific process is as follows:
.Preheating stage: The low-temperature organic waste gas to be treated enters the regenerative chamber A and is preheated using the heat stored in the previous cycle.
.Combustion stage: The preheated waste gas enters the combustion chamber and is heated to about 760℃ by the burner, and the organic matter is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water.
.Exothermic stage: The high-temperature purified gas enters the regenerative chamber C to release heat and then is discharged. The ceramic medium of the regenerative chamber C absorbs heat for preheating in the next cycle.
.Purge phase: Regenerator B is purged to remove the residual unreacted waste gas and prepare for the next cycle.
