Integrated water purification equipment
Description
The integrated water purifier integrates the essence of flocculation, sedimentation, sewage discharge, backwashing, water collection and filtration processes. It is a series of water purification devices that can achieve fully automatic operation without human operation. It is an important unit for realizing the automated management of water plants. When equipped with JY type automatic dosing device and disinfection equipment, it can become a water purification station (plant) with a full set of functions.
This series of water purification devices not only has a wide range of applications, good treatment effects, and excellent water quality, but also consumes less water, consumes less power, occupies a small area, saves electricity, water, and labor, and can save auxiliary pumps and facilities. Scope of application
1. It is suitable for water plants in rural areas, towns, industrial and mining enterprises with water turbidity less than 3000mg/L from various rivers, lakes, reservoirs, etc. as the main water purification device.
2. It has special adaptability to low-temperature, low-turbidity, and seasonal algae lake water sources.
3. Pretreatment equipment for high-purity water, beverage industrial water, boiler water, etc.
4. Used in various industrial circulating water systems, it can effectively and significantly improve the quality of circulating water [2]
Working principle
The integrated water purification device has the same purification process as the urban water supply plant. It has: coagulation tank, sedimentation tank, filter tank, water quality stabilization device, backwashing device, water pump and electrical control cabinet. They are introduced as follows:
1. Coagulation tank: The raw water with coagulant added enters the coagulation tank through the water inlet pipe and is stirred by a special mixer to make the suspended matter in the water fully contact and react with the coagulant to form alum flowers. The general water purification device uses vortex reaction to mix water and coagulant, but the effect is unstable due to changes in water volume. This water purification device uses a mixer to mix, and the effect is not affected by changes in water volume.
2. Sedimentation chamber: After the water is coagulated with coagulant, alum flowers are formed and flow into the sedimentation tank of the equipment for sedimentation. The sedimentation tank adopts the inclined tube sedimentation method. The solid-liquid separation is completed through sedimentation in the trapezoidal inclined plate sedimentation chamber. The precipitated sludge is discharged into the mud hopper.
3. Filter pool: The water after sedimentation flows to the filter pool for filtration. The filter pool structure is as follows: the bottom is a water distribution pipe, the middle is quartz sand, and the upper part is anthracite. The filtration speed is 10m/h. Finally, the clean water flows into the clean water pool for disinfection and drinking. The filter pool backwash cycle is about 12 hours, and the backwash time is 5-10 minutes. Application
The integrated water purifier is suitable for water purification in water supply projects such as rivers, lakes, and reservoirs that use surface water as the water source, reclaimed water reuse, and water purification of coal mine tailings water, coal washing water, baths, swimming pools, car washes, papermaking, printing and dyeing, electroplating and other industrial wastewater [2].
