Description

The integrated pump station (hereinafter referred to as the pump station) is a turnkey new environmentally friendly new generation pump station for lifting sewage, rainwater, drinking water, wastewater, etc. It is designed, manufactured, assembled and transported to the site for installation. The pump station series products have modern product characteristics such as short construction period, convenient installation, small size, high efficiency, intelligent networking, etc. Compared with traditional pump stations, the amount of civil engineering is small, and the investment can be reduced by more than half. The product quality is reliable and it is a substitute for traditional coagulation sewage lifting pump stations.
1. Product Overview
With the continuous acceleration of the country’s urbanization process, the rural population continues to move to towns, the urban area and population continue to grow, and the amount of sewage continues to increase. People attach great importance to the ecological environment, and production and domestic sewage need to be centrally treated and discharged in compliance with standards.
However, sewage treatment plants are built in cities and peripheries. It is difficult for sewage to flow to sewage treatment plants by gravity alone. At this time, pump stations are needed for lifting and transportation. Traditional lifting pump stations occupy a large area, take a long time to build, and cost a lot of money.

·Customized on demand: Each pump station is designed according to the parameters provided by the customer to ensure that the operating conditions of the pump station meet the use requirements.
·Advanced design: Adopting the international CFO flow field calculation, so that solid particles such as sludge can be discharged from the equipment as much as possible.
·Industrial control design: Adopting Schneider Electric, touch screen design, including communication RS485 interface. The pump station should have manual control, automatic control and remote detection functions, and different control methods should be able to switch freely.
·New material: The cylinder structure of the pump station is made of fiber-wound fiberglass (GRP), using Italian VEM company equipment, fully automated control continuous winding molding, ensuring uniform thickness and reaching the designed rigidity, with stable and excellent quality.
·Accessory standard: All accessories are designed and manufactured in the factory, including pressure pipelines, maintenance platforms, inlet and outlet pipes, etc., and strict debugging is carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the reliability of the pump station.
·Highly integrated: As an integrated equipment, the pump station is provided as a complete set: pump station cylinder, pressure pipe, maintenance platform, maintenance ladder, grille filter device, coupling system, pump lifting system, ventilation device, anti-slip manhole cover, lighting system, etc.
·Beautiful appearance: The pump station is completely buried underground, with only inspection holes and control boxes on the ground. It can also be equipped with a landscape management room placed on the ground to coordinate with the surrounding environment.
·Cost saving: The pump station is supplied as a complete set, and all internal installation and commissioning work is completed in the factory. Only the pump station needs to be installed as a whole on site, which greatly reduces the civil construction period and engineering costs, and reduces the overall investment of the owner.
