Description

‌ Integrated MBR membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new type of sewage treatment system that combines membrane separation technology with biological treatment technology. Working Principle
The MBR system uses membrane separation equipment immersed in an aerobic biological pool to effectively intercept activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the biochemical reaction tank. The mechanical interception of the membrane avoids the loss of microorganisms and maintains a high sludge concentration, thereby increasing the volumetric load and shock load resistance of the system. Through membrane separation technology, the MBR system can achieve separate control of sludge age (SRT) and hydraulic retention time (HRT), simplifying design and operation.
