Wet electrostatic dust removal equipment
Description
Wet electrostatic precipitator is a device that uses the principle of electrostatics to remove fine particles in the gas. Its working principle is to apply high voltage between the anode plate and the cathode line to cause the corona layer to produce ionization, and the dust particles in the air are combined with the ions produced by ionization to carry a charge, and then adsorbed to the dust collecting plate under the action of the electric field force. Through regular flushing, the dust is removed with the flushing liquid, avoiding the dust from flying again.
Structural composition
The wet electrostatic precipitator is mainly composed of the following parts:
.Electrode system: including cathode wires and anode plates, which are key components for generating electric fields and adsorbing dust.
.Spray system: used to spray water or overflow water on the surface of the dust collecting electrode to form a conductive water film and realize the dust cleaning function.
.Airflow distribution device: make the dust-containing gas evenly distributed in the dust collector to ensure dust removal efficiency.
.Casing and support structure: protect internal components, seal and support functions. Working principle
The working principle of wet electrostatic precipitator includes the following steps:
.Dust-containing gas enters the dust collector: Dust-containing gas enters the treatment area of the dust collector.
.Ionization: The high voltage electric field ionizes the gas molecules to produce positive and negative ions.
.Dust charging: Dust particles adsorb ions in the ionization area and carry a charge.
.Electric field action: Charged dust particles move to the dust collecting electrode under the action of the electric field force and are adsorbed.
.Dust collection and removal: Dust is deposited on the wet surface and removed by flushing or scraping.
The advantages of wet electrostatic precipitator include:
1. Efficient removal of fine particles: The dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99%, which is suitable for treating wet flue gas.
2. Low pressure loss: The pressure loss when the airflow passes is small, which reduces the fan energy consumption.
3. Avoid dust re-flying: The wet cleaning method is used to effectively prevent dust re-flying.
Wet electrostatic precipitators are mainly used in situations where efficient removal of fine particulate matter is required, such as industrial emission treatment in power plants, steel mills, etc.
