Description

2. Working principle
The working principle of the continuous belt vacuum filter is as follows:
The equipment uses an integral annular rubber belt as a vacuum chamber, and the annular belt is dragged by a motor to run continuously.
The filter cloth is laid on the belt and runs synchronously with it. The belt contacts the vacuum slide and the upper annular friction belt to form a water seal.
The slurry is evenly spread on the filter cloth by the distributor. When the vacuum chamber is connected to the vacuum system, a vacuum filtration area is formed on the belt.
The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and is collected through the transverse grooves on the belt and enters the vacuum chamber through the small holes. The solid particles are trapped on the filter cloth to form a filter cake.
The liquid entering the vacuum chamber is discharged through the steam-water separator. As the rubber belt moves, the filter cake that has been formed enters the filter cake washing area and the washing and drying area in turn.
Finally, the filter cloth is separated from the tape, and the filter cake is discharged at the discharge shaft. The filter cloth with the discharged filter cake is regenerated after cleaning, and then re-enters the filtration area to start a new filtration cycle.
