Chain plate type oil scraper, slag scraper and mud scraper
Description
Chain plate type oil scraper, slag scraper is a kind of equipment used in sewage treatment system, mainly used to treat floating oil, slag and silt in sedimentation tanks, sand settling tanks and oil separators of refineries, water plants or sewage treatment plants. The equipment is driven by two parallel chains to perform continuous linear motion in the pool. The running speed is slow, which has little disturbance to sewage, which is conducive to the sedimentation of silt and the improvement of scraping ability.
Equipment features
.Low disturbance design: The moving speed of the scraper is moderate, which has little disturbance to sewage and is conducive to the sedimentation of suspended matter.
.Continuous motion: The scraper performs continuous rotary motion in the pool, without the need for reciprocating, which simplifies the control program and saves costs.
.Versatility: It can be used as a skimmer without the need for additional mechanisms.
.Low energy consumption: There are no heavy structural components and supports in the system, and the energy consumption is low.
Structural composition
The chain plate type oil scraper, slag scraper is mainly composed of the following parts:
.Drive device: usually a three-phase asynchronous motor and a cycloidal or planetary pinwheel reducer with a relatively large reduction ratio.
.Drive wheel set and guide rail: including drive shaft, drive sprocket, guide rail and bracket, etc., used to transmit power and control the motion trajectory.
.Scraper assembly: The scraper is fixed on the chain and is used to scrape the sludge at the bottom of the pool and the floating oil or slag on the surface of the pool.
.Slag collecting pipe and mud discharge valve: used to collect and process the scraped sludge and slag.
Application scenario
The chain plate type oil scraper, slag scraper is suitable for the primary purification treatment of various rectangular pools, such as sedimentation tanks, sand settling tanks and oil separators in refineries, water plants or sewage treatment plants.
