Description

The air tank of the horizontal flow dissolved air flotation equipment produces dissolved air water, which is released into the water to be treated through the releaser to reduce pressure. The air dissolved in the water is released from the water to form tiny bubbles of 20-40um. The microbubbles combine with the suspended matter in the sewage, making the suspended matter less than water, and gradually float to the water surface to form scum. A scraper system is prepared on the water surface to scrape the scum into the sludge tank. The clean water enters the clean water tank from the bottom through the overflow tank.
The horizontal flow dissolved air flotation equipment is a solid-liquid separation equipment commonly used in the sewage treatment industry. It can effectively remove suspended matter, grease, and gum substances in sewage, such as: sewage treatment of industrial enterprises such as petrochemicals, coal mines, papermaking, printing and dyeing, slaughtering, brewing, etc.; it is the main equipment for the early treatment of sewage. 3. The oil content of oil refining wastewater can be reduced to below 10 mg/L, and the wastewater can reach the level of clarification.
4. The COD removal rate of food, slaughtering and leather wastewater is about 70%, and the color removal rate is more than 94%.
5. For electroplating wastewater treatment, when the content of chromium, zinc, copper, nickel and lead is below 50ppm, the removal rate can reach more than 90%.
6. The turbidity of large pool bathing can be stabilized below 10 degrees, and the bacteria in the water are largely removed.
7. The turbidity of drinking water and industrial water can be delivered to below 5 degrees, and at the same time, it has a good effect on reducing the oxygen consumption of color.
8. The water content of the scum in the secondary sedimentation tank after biological treatment is reduced, and it can also be used for the concentration of residual activated sludge. The water content of the activated sludge can be reduced to about 97% after flotation.
The main body of the horizontal flow dissolved air flotation machine consists of five parts: the tank body, the rotating water distribution mechanism, the frame mechanism, the water collection mechanism, etc. The water inlet, the water outlet and the scum discharge outlet are concentrated in the tank body area. The water distribution mechanism, the water collection mechanism and the dissolved air release mechanism are closely connected with the frame and rotate around the tank body.
