Description
Adopting integrated processes including A/O, MBR and MBBR, this equipment steadily removes COD, BOD₅, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and suspended solids. The effluent complies with Grade A/B standards specified in GB 18918.

COD removal rate ≥ 85%, ammonia nitrogen removal rate ≥ 90%, SS removal rate ≥ 95%. It supports fully automatic continuous operation with strong shock load resistance and simple operation & maintenance.

Treatment capacity: 1–1000 m³/d; Hydraulic retention time: 8–16 h; Air-water ratio: 12:1–15:1; Sludge concentration: 2000–4000 mg/L. Equipped with PLC and online monitoring system for automatic control.
Materials & Service Life
Main body: Carbon steel with anti-corrosion coating, FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) or 304 stainless steel. Pipelines and aeration components: UPVC, ABS and EPDM. Featuring excellent corrosion resistance, the overall service life reaches 10–15 years.
Application Scope
Suitable for centralized treatment of domestic sewage from residential communities, schools, hospitals, scenic spots and scattered rural areas. Inlet water requirements: COD ≤ 300 mg/L, BOD₅ ≤ 150 mg/L, pH 6–9. Operates under normal temperature and pressure, available for underground or above-ground installation.
