Description

‌ Girder type scraper and suction machine ‌ is a kind of equipment widely used in sewage treatment plants and iron and steel metallurgy industries. It is mainly used for sludge scraping and scum skimming in rectangular advection sedimentation tanks to achieve solid-liquid separation. The equipment consists of a traveling truss, a driving mechanism, a scraper rake, etc., and can adopt reverse or same direction scraping according to the layout of the sedimentation tank.
Working principle
The truss type scraper and suction machine drives the scraper frame and the suction frame to rotate in the tank through the central transmission device. The suction pipe is suspended under the suction frame, and the active sludge at the bottom of the pool is sucked into the sludge collection cylinder and discharged out of the pool by relying on the water level difference inside and outside the pool. At the same time, the scraper scrapes the inert sludge at the bottom of the pool into the central sludge collection pit for discharge. The scum on the water surface is collected and discharged by the skimming device. The supernatant overflows through the triangular outlet weir plate.
Main structure
The truss type scraper and suction machine is mainly composed of transmission device, driven shaft device, driving shaft device, adjustment device, bracket, electric control box and other components. The transmission device is installed at the walking wheel bracket and consists of an asynchronous induction motor, a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, gears and a machine base. It has the characteristics of high transmission efficiency, high torque and low noise. The output torque of the motor reducer is greater than 1.25 times the torque of the scraper, and a scraper and pool bottom adjustment mechanism is provided.
Applicable scenarios
The gantry type scraper and suction machine is suitable for the horizontal flow sedimentation tank in the water supply and drainage project. It can scrape the sludge settled at the bottom of the pool to the sludge collecting tank, and skim the scum on the pool surface to the scum collecting tank. The equipment can set the scum scraper according to user requirements, and supports PLC control to achieve fully automatic operation and remote management.
