Description
The integrated magnetic coagulation and sedimentation equipment is based on the traditional flocculation and sedimentation, and magnetic seeds are added to the process to make it efficiently co-precipitate with the flocs. The effective combination of magnetic seeds, suspended matter and colloids eventually forms high-density flocs. Relying on gravity and the principle of inclined plate sedimentation, it can achieve rapid flocculation of pollutants, increase the surface load of the sedimentation tank, shorten the hydraulic retention time, and greatly improve the treatment efficiency and effluent water quality. At the same time, this integrated magnetic coagulation and sedimentation equipment adds a preferred diatomaceous earth adsorption area at the front end of the system, which enhances its ability to treat pollution indicators such as total phosphorus, COD, and chromaticity. This equipment breaks through the limitations of traditional flocculation and sedimentation technology in large municipal sewage treatment plants, overcomes the problems of large footprint and low sedimentation efficiency of traditional flocculation and sedimentation, and significantly improves the effluent water quality.
