Cyclone sand trap sand remover

Description

The cyclone sand trap desander is the core equipment in the pretreatment link of the sewage treatment plant, mainly used to separate larger inorganic particles in sewage. The equipment forms a vortex flow state through an axial flow mixer, and uses the density difference between sand and organic matter to achieve effective separation. It has the characteristics of simple structure, large processing capacity, and low organic content in the sand. Its typical structure includes core components such as impeller, transmission shaft, and sand suction system. It can be matched with air-lift or pump-lift sand discharge device to form a complete treatment system with sand and water separator. The mainstream model covers a water treatment capacity of 1000-7800m³/h, which is suitable for various scenarios such as domestic sewage and industrial circulating water.

Structural composition
The equipment consists of core modules such as drive device, mixer, and sand suction system:
Drive device: includes electric motor and reducer, providing 0.37-3kW drive power
Mixing mechanism: includes impeller, transmission shaft and paddle, and the impeller diameter ranges from 180-1000mm
Sand suction system: equipped with air lift pump or sand pump, and equipped with air flushing device
Working principle
Vortex formation: sewage forms a vortex in the sand settling tank through the tangential water inlet pipe
Centrifugal separation: the axial flow mixer forms a vortex water flow, and the heavier sand particles settle to the sand collection area under the action of centrifugal force
Sand discharge: the accumulated sand particles are lifted to the separator by the air lift device (air pressure 0.2-0.3MPa) or sand pump
